The Caigua AFC fans' excitement grew in the 8th match minute when Caigua AFC's Javier Molinare looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 1-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Duardo Paternost came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Caigua AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Duardo Paternost couldn't finish the play. Rafa Bünzli came out of the goal in the 15th minute to try and stop a shot by Guaico AFC's Zacarías Kroon. But to his dismay, Zacarías Kroon quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. 19 minutes into the game, Zacarías Kroon was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Guaico AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Caigua AFC the free kick. In the 19th match minute, Guaico AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zacarías Kroon to maneuver through the defense. In the 27th minute the ball was on its way in behind Caigua AFC's goalkeeper Rafa Bünzli, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Próspero Schulz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 32 minutes into the game, Caigua AFC's Duardo Paternost nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eufemio Iturgoyen made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-1. Rafa Bünzli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Zacarías Kroon in the 37th minute of the match. After having played for 43 minutes, Odol Marchant managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Caigua AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Odol Marchant was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After having played for 45 minutes, Duardo Paternost managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Zacarías Kroon stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Caigua AFC booed when Guaico AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elodio Iriarte didn't get a good kick on the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Caigua AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Zacarías Kroon came free, but Rafa Bünzli reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rafa Bünzli made a fantastic save in the 84th minute, when Próspero Schulz sent off a good shot on target. The supporters of Guaico AFC booed when Caigua AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipo Jackson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Próspero Schulz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 87th minute. Rafa Bünzli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 97 played minutes Caigua AFC got a freekick which was hit by Felipo Jackson. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Caigua AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Guaico AFC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
