Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Laurín Berger kicked off to start the match. Laurín Berger received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Paw Neding came out and tried to block the shot, but Laurín Berger slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 8th minute. Rigoberto Horado sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Sandro Patrickson's late challenge caught a Gatos Mojados's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sandro Patrickson helped the player get up and apologised. In the 20th minute, one of Cullani AFC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Cullani AFC. In the 21st minute there was a penalty for Gatos Mojados. Maximino Katalinic stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Moisés Lastra. 1-2. Isaac Badilla received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Paw Neding tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Moisés Lastra showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rigoberto Horado, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Gervasio Pereira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Moisés Lastra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Isaac Badilla could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Paw Neding made a huge save. Gervasio Pereira fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Lastra having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Rigoberto Horado managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gatos Mojados's supporters rose to their feet, but Rigoberto Horado was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Moisés Lastra breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cullani AFC's Moisés Lastra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gervasio Pereira in the 36th minute of play. Laurín Berger might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Paw Neding. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Laurín Berger ran back to his position shaking his head. After 41 minutes of play, Gatos Mojados's Ferrán Dinarte made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moisés Lastra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Gatos Mojados's Martino Aeta got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ferrán Dinarte received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Moisés Lastra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Martino Aeta to make the kick off. Martino Aeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Martino Aeta received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Moisés Lastra tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Cullani AFC's Modestio Celis got a free kick in the 54th minute. Gervasio Pereira kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. Moisés Lastra didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Martino Aeta went, in the 57th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. The supporters of Gatos Mojados booed when Cullani AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurín Berger didn't get a good kick on the ball. 64 minutes into the game, Isaac Badilla was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Cullani AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gatos Mojados the free kick. The supporters of Gatos Mojados booed when Cullani AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Isaac Badilla didn't get a good kick on the ball. After a rather tough play, Gatos Mojados's Tancredo Mac Intyre got a free kick in the 68th minute. Paw Neding took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sansón Irigoyen, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Cullani AFC's Isaac Badilla in the 71st minute got a chance for a shot 71st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Gatos Mojados's goalie prevented a goal. Moisés Lastra made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gervasio Pereira in the 74th minute of play. Moisés Lastra came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Gatos Mojados's Gervasio Pereira. But to his dismay, Gervasio Pereira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-5. Laurín Berger fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 80th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Paw Neding having to interfere. Ferrán Dinarte hit a great freekick 82 minutes into the match. José Julio Guerrero fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 88th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Moisés Lastra having to interfere. 94 minutes into the game, Gatos Mojados's Gervasio Pereira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Moisés Lastra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-6.
