Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Romano Bascuñán started the match with the kick off. If Marcel Gronows had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Guantija FC's Marcel Gronows in the 8th minute got a chance for a shot 8th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Rafael FC's goalie prevented a goal. After 10 minutes, Cecilio Deuth mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guantija FC and the Rafael FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Cecilio Deuth hit a great freekick 10 minutes into the match. In the 11th minute, Romano Bascuñán got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Romano Bascuñán received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 14th minute. Remicio Martos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 17 minutes into the match, Rafael FC's Juan Pedro Forster broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Guantija FC's zone, Romano Bascuñán stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remicio Martos came out of the goal and Romano Bascuñán tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Guantija FC's Remicio Martos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romano Bascuñán in the 21st minute of play. Gerónimo Del Pino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Remicio Martos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Gerónimo Del Pino blasted a shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Remicio Martos having to make a save. Cecilio Deuth hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. Remicio Martos was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Juan Pedro Forster. After having played for 41 minutes, Romano Bascuñán managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rafael FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Romano Bascuñán was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Leovigildo San Cristóbal hit a great freekick 57 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in Rafael FC's zone, Herminio Vela stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. David Wallffiguer came out of the goal and Herminio Vela tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Herminio Vela sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Gerónimo Del Pino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Remicio Martos having to interfere. Remicio Martos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romano Bascuñán in the 68th minute of the match. In the 68th minute, Romano Bascuñán made a precise shot to the right of Remicio Martos. Guantija FC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-0. Gerónimo Del Pino sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute the ball was on its way in behind Rafael FC's goalkeeper David Wallffiguer, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Estevan Huelqui during the 79th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Estevan Huelqui kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. The long shot by Cecilio Deuth in the 81st minute really tested David Wallffiguer's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. 83 minutes in the game, Herminio Vela fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without David Wallffiguer having to interfere. 87 minutes into the match, Rafael FC's goalkeeper David Wallffiguer had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcel Gronows. Rafael FC's Gerónimo Del Pino got a good chance for a goal in the 88th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Marcel Gronows recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 96th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Rafael FC had played much better football throughout.
