Calvino San Roman showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Higinio Zenteno, who was totally free with the ball in the 11th minute. Calvino San Roman made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Higinio Zenteno in the 13th minute of play. Lois Porras recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 16th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lois Porras sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Higinio Zenteno fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 20th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Calvino San Roman having to interfere. After 24 minutes of play, Canan AFC's Jaume Bacarreza made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tomasino Maldonado was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 37th minute Lois Porras shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Calvino San Roman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 45th minute, Jaume Bacarreza managed to get in a good position for a shot. Canan AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Jaume Bacarreza was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Tomasino Maldonado breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The supporters of Canan AFC booed when Miraflores was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Amado Berendique didn't get a good kick on the ball. Yoel Zañartu received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 47th minute. Tomasino Maldonado tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Yoel Zañartu was the one to do the kick off. Tomasino Maldonado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jaume Bacarreza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Higinio Zenteno struck a weak shot in the 64th minute. Calvino San Roman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Miraflores. Calvino San Roman made a fantastic save in the 66th minute, when Lois Porras sent off a good shot on target. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Yoel Zañartu in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Tomasino Maldonado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 75 minutes into the game, Patxi Pazols was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Canan AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Miraflores the free kick. After a rather tough play, Canan AFC's Patxi Pazols got a free kick in the 75th minute. After 76 minutes, Isidoro Ahumada mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Canan AFC and the Miraflores players grew even worse after the yellow card.
