Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Saracota's Ermegildo Álvarez started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 5th minute of the match, Víctor Javier Bravo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Liberto Mac Kenzie was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Saracota's Liberto Mac Kenzie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurín Eguiluz in the 7th minute of play. Víctor Javier Bravo struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Liberto Mac Kenzie didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Purey FC. Ermegildo Álvarez struck a weak shot in the 16th minute. Rutenio Pumarino didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Saracota. Purey FC's Maurín Eguiluz got a good chance for a goal in the 19th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 22 minutes into the game, Oliverio Véjar cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Rutenio Pumarino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Maurín Eguiluz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 26th minute. Liberto Mac Kenzie tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 2-1 became the score in the 32nd minute when Maurín Eguiluz elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. Víctor Javier Bravo succeeded in the game's 36th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. Liberto Mac Kenzie made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Víctor Javier Bravo sent off a good shot on target. Víctor Javier Bravo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Liberto Mac Kenzie having to interfere. Purey FC's Rutenio Pumarino played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ermegildo Álvarez in the 44th minute of play. If Maurín Eguiluz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 48th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 3-1.

The wind increased when Maurín Eguiluz made the kick off in the second half. With a little luck, Purey FC's Rutenio Pumarino got control of the ball when Quintán Van Schowen tried to sneak it across the goal line. Saracota's Liberto Mac Kenzie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maurín Eguiluz in the 54th minute of play. Víctor Javier Bravo scored 4-1 in the 56th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Liberto Mac Kenzie, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Liberto Mac Kenzie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurín Eguiluz's shot from short distance in the 62nd minute. Saracota's Liberto Mac Kenzie played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Víctor Javier Bravo in the 63rd minute of play. Liberto Mac Kenzie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Maurín Eguiluz's shot from short distance in the 65th minute. 69 minutes into the match, Víctor Javier Bravo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Liberto Mac Kenzie. Saracota's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Víctor Javier Bravo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-1. If Ermegildo Álvarez had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. A collision led to Purey FC getting a freekick after 79 minutes play. Orlondón Salvatici hit a great ball. Liberto Mac Kenzie made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Maurín Eguiluz in the 81st minute of play. In the 86th minute, Víctor Javier Bravo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Darien Maddaleno's late challenge caught a Purey FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Darien Maddaleno helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Saracota's Darien Maddaleno got a free kick in the 87th minute. Víctor Javier Bravo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Maurín Eguiluz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Purey FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Saracota for a fine match.
