Pierre Uriarte might have been able to make a better finish in the 18th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Nastasio Mackenzie. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nastasio Mackenzie stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Javier Catrileo's shot from short distance in the 48th minute.

The wind increased when José Javier Catrileo made the kick off in the second half. The supporters of CareRaja FC booed when Junquillar was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucero Angel didn't get a good kick on the ball. 63 minutes into the match, Junquillar's goal looked a bit too open when Teodoro Ancavil came free, but Jonathan Quililongo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. If Valiente Casale had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
