Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Gabriel Diena took the kick off in the first half of the match. If Juan Fernando Anwandter had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 3rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Fernando Anwandter might have been able to make a better finish in the 11th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Francisco Javier Claude. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Juan Fernando Anwandter ran back to his position shaking his head. After 15 played minutes Cachiyuyo got a freekick which was hit by Rodolfo Fuica. Evelio Ipinza charged in rather forcefully in the 20th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Evelio Ipinza the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Tabuco booed when Cachiyuyo was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 20 match minutes in a wonderful position. Evelio Ipinza didn't get a good kick on the ball. Juan Fernando Anwandter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 24th minute. Francisco Javier Claude tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 27th match minute, Tabuco was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Norino Urra to maneuver through the defense. Juan Fernando Anwandter struck a weak shot in the 29th minute. Francisco Javier Claude didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cachiyuyo. 31 minutes into the match, Cachiyuyo's Evelio Ipinza sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Francisco Javier Claude narrowly saved just below the crossbar. When Gabriel Diena fell near the penalty area in the 37th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Tabuco's protests and gave Gabriel Diena a yellow card for diving instead. Francisco Javier Claude made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Evelio Ipinza sent off a good shot on target.
The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Juan Fernando Anwandter stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Narcomillo Quintanilla showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ernesto Galdos, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. 57 minutes into the game, Silvestre Marine was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Tabuco's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cachiyuyo the free kick. A collision led to Tabuco getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Norino Urra sent away a hard shot on goal in the 80th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Rodolfo Fuica kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. Juan Fernando Anwandter received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Despite being the better team, Cachiyuyo failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
