Spectators: 6707 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1707, VIP seats: 0) In the 4th minute Zebulón Teran shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Román Harriet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Leonel Leese made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fidel Ipinza in the 6th minute of play. Zebulón Teran received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 9th minute. Román Harriet tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Quilquico AFC's Hugo Orlando Tellerias got a good chance for a goal in the 13th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Leonel Leese took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fidel Ipinza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Rodeito FC's Román Harriet got control of the ball when Hugo Orlando Tellerias tried to sneak it across the goal line. Rodeito FC's Román Harriet played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zebulón Teran in the 22nd minute of play. Leonel Leese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Guamanga, who was totally free with the ball in the 23rd minute. Hugo Orlando Tellerias could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Román Harriet made a huge save. After 25 played minutes Rodeito FC got a freekick which was hit by Mercé Gronows. If Genaro Coloma had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 27th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Fidel Ipinza fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Leonel Leese having to interfere. In the 35th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quilquico AFC's goalkeeper Leonel Leese, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 35 minutes into the game, Jose Necochea was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Rodeito FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Quilquico AFC the free kick. If Zebulón Teran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Inocencio Guamanga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Leonel Leese showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Inocencio Guamanga, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

In the 51st match minute, Quilquico AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Edmundo Arlegui to maneuver through the defense. After having played for 52 minutes, Fidel Ipinza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Rodeito FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Fidel Ipinza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 58th minute, Fidel Ipinza got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After some fancy dribbling in the 75th minute, Inocencio Guamanga managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rodeito FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Inocencio Guamanga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Leonel Leese breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Hugo Orlando Tellerias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Román Harriet having to interfere. If Zebulón Teran had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 80th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hugo Orlando Tellerias recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 82nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Rodeito FC's zone, Zebulón Teran stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Román Harriet came out of the goal and Zebulón Teran tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 85 minutes of play, Quilquico AFC's Hugo Orlando Tellerias made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Román Harriet was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Inocencio Guamanga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Quilquico AFC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Rodeito FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
