The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Estevan Paniagua showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Edgardo Erwens took the ball and in the 80 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Estevan Paniagua. Estevan Paniagua dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-1. Zenón Arizaga showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xabier Larrañeta in the 83rd minute of the match. Xabier Larrañeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Zenón Arizaga having to interfere. In the 91st minute, Fernán Labra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Misquihue's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
