Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Viviano Frey got the match started through his kick off. 10 minutes into the match, Esteban José Van Diest had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Silvestre Owen. Chilcaya AFC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Esteban José Van Diest was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Oscar Liberona was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Basilio Astudillo. 17 minutes into the match, Chilcaya AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Erasmo Harriet came free, but Silvestre Owen reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 26 minutes into the game, Fermín Backhouse was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chilcaya AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Tomaguaya FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, Chilcaya AFC's Fermín Backhouse got a free kick in the 26th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 31st minute, Erasmo Harriet managed to get in a good position for a shot. Tomaguaya FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Erasmo Harriet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Silvestre Owen breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Esteban José Van Diest had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. Alarico Venegas charged in rather forcefully in the 46th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alarico Venegas the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Esteban José Van Diest made the kick off in the second half. Ricart Alamos kicked well hit freekick during the 51st minute of the match. Oscar Liberona showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Reinaldo Swett in the 52nd minute of the match. Reinaldo Swett fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 86th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Oscar Liberona having to interfere. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Viviano Frey in the 88th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Oscar Liberona prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 90th minute Reinaldo Swett shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Liberona saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Reinaldo Swett recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Viviano Frey in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Liberona saved Tomaguaya FC from getting behind. Esteban José Van Diest sent away a hard shot on goal in the 96th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
