Leovigildo Vicentens came out of the goal and Quentín Morel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Moncho Cetina during the 35th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Talquipen AFC's Moncho Cetina got a free kick in the 36th minute. Quintén Amiot stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alarico Villalobos's shot from short distance in the 38th minute. Quintén Amiot made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Martin Melo in the 41st minute of play. 44 minutes into the match, Mani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Rigoberto Davagnino came free, but Leovigildo Vicentens reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Moncho Cetina got his second yellow card in the match during the 45th minute which meant that he had to leave the ground. After a rather tough play, Talquipen AFC's Moncho Cetina got a free kick in the 46th minute. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Quentín Morel stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Alarico Villalobos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 51st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Quintén Amiot having to interfere. Martin Melo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 57 minutes into the match, Talquipen AFC's goalkeeper Quintén Amiot had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Martin Melo. In the 63rd minute, Martin Melo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 65th minute of the match Rafael Paillao shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Leovigildo Vicentens showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Jacindo Antipa fell near the penalty area in the 67th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Talquipen AFC's protests and gave Jacindo Antipa a yellow card for diving instead. Jacindo Antipa hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. 74 minutes into the game, Mani FC's Martin Melo nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Quintén Amiot made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Martin Melo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Quintén Amiot made a huge save. A collision led to Talquipen AFC getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Rigoberto Davagnino hit a great ball. 79 minutes into the match, Alarico Villalobos dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Quintén Amiot, 0-3. Leovigildo Vicentens took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Quentín Morel, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87thth minute of the game Alarico Villalobos who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Talquipen AFC's Quintén Amiot was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Martin Melo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Leovigildo Vicentens showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Quentín Morel in the 90th minute of the match. Quentín Morel received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 91st minute. Leovigildo Vicentens tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Mani FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
