If Miroslav Krajíček had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernán Pardo in the 34th minute of play forced SIMANCA F.C.'s goalkeeper Benito Haitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lander Quero recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. If Baudelio Arriaza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Baudelio Arriaza came up free with the goalie in the 39th minute, the SIMANCA F.C. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baudelio Arriaza couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernán Pardo in the 45th minute of play forced SIMANCA F.C.'s goalkeeper Benito Haitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Fernán Pardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 55th minute, Miroslav Krajíček got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
