Spectators: 6708 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1708, VIP seats: 0) Nastasio Rivadeneira started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. In the 9th minute the ball was on its way in behind Lenadura FC's goalkeeper Nauzet De la Cruz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Nauzet De la Cruz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mario Herdoyza in the 11th minute of play. Ismael Ambrosetti stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nastasio Rivadeneira's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Quintay FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 19th minute, when Nastasio Rivadeneira scored to the left of an out of position Ismael Ambrosetti, making the score, 1-0. Lenadura FC's Nauzet De la Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Isidro Dattwyler in the 23rd minute of play. Mario Herdoyza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 25th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mario Herdoyza stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Lenadura FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. If Nastasio Rivadeneira had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nastasio Rivadeneira sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 95th minute the ball was on its way in behind Quintay FC's goalkeeper Ismael Ambrosetti, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Lenadura FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
