With an extended leg and a bit of luck Victoriano Fantinatti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Victoriano Fantinatti showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mario Herdoyza, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. Ismael Ambrosetti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Donato Frias in the 18th minute of the match. Juan Alfonso Margulis charged in rather forcefully in the 18th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Alfonso Margulis the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. 25 minutes into the match, Quintay FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vladimiro Dalmazzo came free, but Ismael Ambrosetti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 27 minutes, Orlondón Dargham mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Ilta AFC and the Quintay FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Ilta AFC getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Orlondón Dargham hit a great ball. After having played for 28 minutes, Mario Herdoyza managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quintay FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mario Herdoyza was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Donato Frias scored 0-1 in the 30th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ismael Ambrosetti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Donato Frias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 43rd minute, Vladimiro Dalmazzo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 1-1 after a close first half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donato Frias stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Cresenciano Alveal recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Matias Llaullau hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. Victoriano Fantinatti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Isidro Dattwyler in the 58th minute of the match. In the 59th match minute, Ilta AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Fermín Carte to maneuver through the defense. 60 minutes into the match, Isidro Dattwyler notched a goal, 2-1, to the right of Ilta AFC's Victoriano Fantinatti. Victoriano Fantinatti was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Isidro Dattwyler struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Quintay FC's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
