The referee ignored Tiltil FC's protests and gave Adelio D´Etigny a yellow card for diving instead. After 15 played minutes Tiltil FC got a freekick which was hit by Adelio D´Etigny. Anaguani FC's Savier Ortuño got a good chance for a goal in the 17th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 18 minutes, Saúl Trucios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anaguani FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saúl Trucios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 23 minutes into the match, Anaguani FC's goal looked a bit too open when Lucas Martinovic came free, but Tanio Bórquez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Tiltil FC's Isidro Caticura played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Saúl Trucios in the 31st minute of play. After a defensive mix-up in Tiltil FC's zone, Ricart Tullet stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isidro Caticura came out of the goal and Ricart Tullet tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Saúl Trucios had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 35th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Saúl Trucios sent away a hard shot on goal in the 40th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Saúl Trucios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Isidro Caticura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 43rd minute, Adelio D´Etigny hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Saúl Trucios made a kick off. Fidelio Barainca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tanio Bórquez having to interfere. Tanio Bórquez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucas Martinovic, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Saúl Trucios's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Isidro Caticura read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Anaguani FC's Pedro Manuel Bustamante ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Isidro Caticura. Isidro Caticura yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-2. After having played for 65 minutes, Saúl Trucios managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Anaguani FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Saúl Trucios was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Isidro Caticura made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Saúl Trucios in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the game, Lucas Martinovic cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-2. Tanio Bórquez was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Tiltil FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Pedro Manuel Bustamante 72 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-3. In the 76th match minute, Tiltil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Javier Franco to maneuver through the defense. Isidro Caticura didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Saúl Trucios went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-4 was the resulting score. Saúl Trucios received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 86th minute. Isidro Caticura tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 87th match minute, Tiltil FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Francisco Javier Franco to maneuver through the defense. In the 93rd minute, one of Tiltil FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Tiltil FC. The Tiltil FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Anaguani FC were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
