In the 16th minute, Aurelio Tinoco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Odol Ríos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 18th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Benicio Ascuí having to interfere. Benicio Ascuí showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mannuel Puebla, who was totally free with the ball in the 20th minute. Quintén Polo didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Reinaldo Vila went, in the 21st minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Benicio Ascuí was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Mannuel Puebla showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 24 minute of play. Odol Ríos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Benicio Ascuí tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Tacupa AFC's Francisco Antonio Denton got a free kick in the 32nd minute.
