The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Loreno Andraca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Gattini having to interfere. Silvio Abusleme made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaume Scheuermann in the 16th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Cholitos FC's Ofelio Albertz got a free kick in the 22nd minute. In the 27th minute Albino Mahns shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Roque Gattini saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Albino Mahns fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 31st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Roque Gattini having to interfere. Félix Macho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Albino Mahns recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 37th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Cholitos FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Jaume Scheuermann 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaume Scheuermann made a kick off. Félix Macho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. Roque Gattini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Cholitos FC's Albino Mahns got a good chance for a goal in the 58th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Albino Mahns sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Loreno Andraca had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Silviano Lanas fell near the penalty area in the 76th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Hueyusca FC's protests and gave Silviano Lanas a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to Hueyusca FC getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Silviano Lanas hit a great ball. If Albino Mahns had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 78th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 82nd minute, Albino Mahns got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 83rd match minute, Hueyusca FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Silviano Lanas to maneuver through the defense. Hueyusca FC's Roque Gattini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 94th minute of the match, managed to save Hueyusca FC from getting a goal against them. Sansón Paris hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. For all the effort they put into the match, the Cholitos FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Hueyusca FC.
