Spectators: 6697 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) VILLANUEVA FC's Baldomiro Ipinza started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 0-1 became the score in the 5th minute when Juan María Koch elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. After a rather tough play, Molle AFC's Lucián Peñaranda got a free kick in the 8th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 12th minute, Juan María Koch managed to get in a good position for a shot. VILLANUEVA FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Juan María Koch was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Raúl Adelsdorfer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 14 minutes into the match, Molle AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Baldomiro Ipinza came free, but Raúl Adelsdorfer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 15thth minute of the game Baldomiro Ipinza who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Molle AFC's Raúl Adelsdorfer was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Raúl Adelsdorfer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Ipinza, who was totally free with the ball in the 18th minute. In the 21st minute Dino Suarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Disvandis Phillips saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Juan María Koch sent away a hard shot on goal in the 23rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Raúl Adelsdorfer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Baldomiro Ipinza, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Juan María Koch struck a weak shot in the 26th minute. Raúl Adelsdorfer didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for VILLANUEVA FC. Disvandis Phillips took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dino Suarez, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tamariz De Smet d`Olbecke recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 31st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Juan María Koch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raúl Adelsdorfer having to interfere. Juan María Koch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Raúl Adelsdorfer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Molle AFC's Santiago Zaror got a free kick in the 37th minute. 42 minutes into the game, Santiago Zaror was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Molle AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave VILLANUEVA FC the free kick. After 42 played minutes Molle AFC got a freekick which was hit by Santiago Zaror. When Baldomiro Ipinza came up free with the goalie in the 42nd minute, the VILLANUEVA FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Baldomiro Ipinza couldn't finish the play. Molle AFC's Raúl Adelsdorfer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan María Koch in the 44th minute of play. If Baldomiro Ipinza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 47th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-1 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The wind increased when Dino Suarez made the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 55 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Baldomiro Ipinza sped through Molle AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Raúl Adelsdorfer. Juan María Koch fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Raúl Adelsdorfer having to interfere. Juan María Koch received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Raúl Adelsdorfer tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Santiago Zaror was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 63 minutes had been played. A collision led to Molle AFC getting a freekick after 63 minutes play. Santiago Zaror hit a great ball. Disvandis Phillips took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lucián Peñaranda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 71st minute Dino Suarez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Disvandis Phillips saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexis Alcayaga kicked well hit freekick during the 73rd minute of the match. In the 80th minute, Lucián Peñaranda left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Molle AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-2. The crowd rose to their feet as Salvador Knauer kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Raúl Adelsdorfer. That made the score 2-3 in the 83 minute of play. The supporters of Molle AFC booed when VILLANUEVA FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 85 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alexis Alcayaga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Baldomiro Ipinza got the audience’s attention when, from a short distance, he fired away a great shot in the 88th minute of the game. The shot hit the left post and bounced out. Raúl Adelsdorfer made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Juan María Koch in the 91st minute of play. If Juan María Koch had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. VILLANUEVA FC's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
