Miren Portes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 9th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Giancarlo Vuskovic. Pelarco FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 11thth minute of the game Lautaro Arriola who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but La Chupilca Galactica's Candido Lindsay was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. If Eliseo Granados had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 13th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Pelarco FC's Lautaro Arriola in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye La Chupilca Galactica's goalie prevented a goal. In the 17th minute, Eustaquio Neculman got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. With a little luck, La Chupilca Galactica's Candido Lindsay got control of the ball when Eliseo Granados tried to sneak it across the goal line. Pelarco FC's Lautaro Arriola got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 27th minute of the match Miren Portes shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Giancarlo Vuskovic showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Salvatore Tabilo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Pelarco FC's Lautaro Arriola got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Juan Miguel Reynero hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Abdul Ovando was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 39th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. In the 42nd minute, La Chupilca Galactica's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Lautaro Arriola fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 46th minute Salvatore Tabilo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giancarlo Vuskovic saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When La Chupilca Galactica's Salvatore Tabilo in the 48th minute got a chance for a shot 48th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Lautaro Arriola was the one to do the kick off. Pelarco FC's Giancarlo Vuskovic played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eustaquio Neculman in the 53rd minute of play. Salvatore Tabilo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Giancarlo Vuskovic tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 59th minute, Xalvador Cattalán hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 67th minute, Eustaquio Neculman managed to get in a good position for a shot. La Chupilca Galactica's supporters rose to their feet, but Eustaquio Neculman was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Giancarlo Vuskovic breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Giancarlo Vuskovic showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eustaquio Neculman in the 73rd minute of the match. Candido Lindsay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Eliseo Granados's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. In the 87th minute the ball was on its way in behind Pelarco FC's goalkeeper Giancarlo Vuskovic, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 91 minutes into the match, Pelarco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Eustaquio Neculman came free, but Giancarlo Vuskovic reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When Salvatore Tabilo came up free with the goalie in the 98th minute, the La Chupilca Galactica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Salvatore Tabilo couldn't finish the play. The La Chupilca Galactica players were the happier at the end of the match as they had prevented Pelarco FC from taking control. The game ends in a draw.
