Spectators: 6687 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1687, VIP seats: 0) Panguecillos AFC's Vinicio Ortuzar started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Vinicio Ortuzar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nahuel Pissa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 15th minute of the match, but Xosé Donaire made a huge save. Elías Bizama received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 18th minute. Xosé Donaire tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 23rd minute, Ceferino Hetz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Enrico Carmona from long distance, 24 minutes into the match, got Xosé Donaire's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. Florín Santiago showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Vinicio Ortuzar in the 28th minute of the match. If Elías Bizama had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Guallelemu FC's Florín Santiago played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Vinicio Ortuzar in the 36th minute of play. 38 minutes into the game, Panguecillos AFC's Tor San Roman nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Florín Santiago made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. 45 minutes into the match, Guallelemu FC's goal looked a bit too open when Vinicio Ortuzar came free, but Florín Santiago reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. José Julio Zavaleta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After the first half Panguecillos AFC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Elías Bizama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 61 minutes, José Julio Zavaleta mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Guallelemu FC and the Panguecillos AFC players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 62 played minutes Guallelemu FC got a freekick which was hit by José Julio Zavaleta. 69 minutes into the match, Guallelemu FC's goalkeeper Florín Santiago had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gustavo Mercado. Elías Bizama sent away a hard shot on goal in the 71st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After some fancy dribbling in the 73rd minute, Elías Bizama managed to get in a good position for a shot. Guallelemu FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Elías Bizama was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xosé Donaire breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 75th minute, Omar Goycolea hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elías Bizama in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Xosé Donaire saved Panguecillos AFC from getting behind. Carlos José Amunátegui lost his temper 82 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. In a very dangerous position, a player in Panguecillos AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 82nd minute. Penalty! Xosé Donaire went to the wrong direction when Enrico Carmona was taking care of the penalty kick which however missed the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elías Bizama in the 86th minute of play forced Panguecillos AFC's goalkeeper Xosé Donaire to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
