If Francisco Solezzi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Mónico Otero blasted a shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Erik Rueda having to make a save. Francisco Solezzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After having played for 11 minutes, Mónico Otero managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Compi's supporters crossed their fingers, but Mónico Otero was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After 12 played minutes Villucura got a freekick which was hit by Pere Jordi Pensa. 0-1 became the score in the 19th minute when Jesus Manhood elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. With his leg Erik Rueda managed to avoid a goal in the 22ndth minute, when Compi's Mónico Otero fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Manhood in the 23rd minute of play forced Compi's goalkeeper Lois Noguera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Francisco Solezzi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Villucura's Erik Rueda got control of the ball when Abundio Grajales tried to sneak it across the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Compi's goal looked a bit too open when Jesus Manhood came free, but Lois Noguera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Thanks to some nice moves Mónico Otero could shoot a difficult shot in the 31st minute, which Erik Rueda however easily saved by the left post. In the 33rd minute Herminio Macuada shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lois Noguera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 38 minutes into the game, Lolo Ogalde was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Villucura's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Compi the free kick. Lolo Ogalde kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. 41 minutes in the game, Mónico Otero fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Erik Rueda having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mónico Otero got free with Erik Rueda in the 43rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Francisco Solezzi in the 45th minute of play forced Villucura's goalkeeper Erik Rueda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 45 played minutes Compi got a freekick which was hit by Abundio Grajales. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.
Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Solezzi to make the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 60th minute, Mónico Otero managed to get in a good position for a shot. Compi's supporters rose to their feet, but Mónico Otero was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Erik Rueda breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Villucura's Erik Rueda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Solezzi in the 66th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Francisco Solezzi had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Erik Rueda. Villucura's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Francisco Solezzi was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Herminio Macuada during the 74th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Compi booed when Villucura was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Herminio Macuada didn't get a good kick on the ball. Compi's Mónico Otero couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 75th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Villucura. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jesus Manhood in the 78th minute of play forced Compi's goalkeeper Lois Noguera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lois Noguera made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Higinio Azoca sent off a good shot on target. Loreno Paillao recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 84th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Abundio Grajales in the 86th minute of play forced Villucura's goalkeeper Erik Rueda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mónico Otero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 87th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Lois Noguera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jesus Manhood, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When the referee ended the match the Compi players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
