Sarracino Zavaleta made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Godofredo Olate sent off a good shot on target. 6 minutes into the match, Chiza's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Delgadillo came free, but Sarracino Zavaleta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Serafín Varletta kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Juan Pablo Andia recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. After 19 played minutes Hundido got a freekick which was hit by Reinaldo Gormaz. After a rather tough play, Chiza's Baldomero Amunátegui got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Juan Pablo Andia didn't quite understand what happened when in the 25 minute of the game managed to get a great opportunity for a goal and then missed the goal by a feet. When the match had gone on for 27 minutes, Serafín Varletta took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Sarracino Zavaleta to make any attempt to save it. Marco Abaitua took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Julio Massú, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Marco Abaitua showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafa Pappenheim, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Abraham Delgadillo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 36thth minute tested the skills of Sarracino Zavaleta when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 38th minute José Julio Massú shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Abaitua saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Abraham Delgadillo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Sarracino Zavaleta was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-0.

The wind increased when Abraham Delgadillo made the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the game, Godofredo Olate cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Sarracino Zavaleta was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 57th minute, José Julio Massú left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Chiza fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Lauro Wilshaw got a throw-in 60 minutes in the game and the ball was received by Rosalio Garachena. Chiza's Sarracino Zavaleta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abraham Delgadillo in the 61st minute of play. Juan Pablo Andia fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 62nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Sarracino Zavaleta having to interfere. Abraham Delgadillo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 64th minute. Sarracino Zavaleta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute, Rubén Manzur hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Sarracino Zavaleta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Serafín Varletta in the 71st minute of play. Sarracino Zavaleta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Sarracino Zavaleta stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Abraham Delgadillo's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. Abraham Delgadillo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. With a little luck, Hundido's Marco Abaitua got control of the ball when José Julio Massú tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 94 played minutes Chiza got a freekick which was hit by Leoncio Duvauchelle. After recieving a nice pass, Hundido's Godofredo Olate tried to score from far away in the 96th minute, but the ball went over the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the Hundido players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
