The supporters of Ingenio booed when Totoralillo FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 9 match minutes in a wonderful position. Niceto Antonucci didn't get a good kick on the ball. Noé Alzola made an important save on a dangerous shot by Emilio De Gavardo in the 17th minute. Totoralillo FC's Noé Alzola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Manuel Antonio Artaza in the 18th minute of play. When the match clock showed 26 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Francisco José Delgadillo sped through Ingenio's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Maximiliano Arbieto. If Emilio De Gavardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 31st minute, Francisco José Santis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, Totoralillo FC's Noé Alzola got control of the ball when Manuel Antonio Artaza tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience was convinced that Francisco José Delgadillo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Maximiliano Arbieto was relentless in the 35th minute of the game. 38 minutes into the game, Manuel Antonio Artaza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Noé Alzola. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Silvestre Daneri stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After having played for 52 minutes, Emilio De Gavardo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Ingenio's supporters crossed their fingers, but Emilio De Gavardo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Maximiliano Arbieto made a fantastic save in the 54th minute, when Francisco José Delgadillo sent off a good shot on target. Noé Alzola made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emilio De Gavardo in the 60th minute of play. When Emilio De Gavardo came up free with the goalie in the 62nd minute, the Ingenio fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Emilio De Gavardo couldn't finish the play. 65 minutes into the game, Manuel Antonio Artaza cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Noé Alzola was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ingenio's Maximiliano Arbieto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 76th minute of the match, managed to save Ingenio from getting a goal against them. Francisco José Delgadillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 81st minute, Manuel Antonio Artaza ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Noé Alzola was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Noé Alzola showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Manuel Antonio Artaza in the 87th minute of the match. If Emilio De Gavardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 88th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Francisco José Delgadillo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 91st minute of the match, but Maximiliano Arbieto made a huge save. Manuel Antonio Artaza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 93rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A collision led to Totoralillo FC getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Naelio Anania hit a great ball. Ingenio's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
