Spectators: 6703 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1703, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Natanael Bolados started the match with the kick off. 15 minutes into the match, Marchan's goalkeeper Celedonio Mouat had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Raúl Scapini. Vincente Mesina kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. Rufino Zuasnabar received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Celedonio Mouat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 26 minutes into the match, Marchan's goal looked a bit too open when Rufino Zuasnabar came free, but Celedonio Mouat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natanael Bolados sent away a hard shot on goal in the 30th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Camilo Ronda fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Jeldrez having to interfere. A collision led to Lluga getting a freekick after 33 minutes play. Bayron Larrañaga hit a great ball. After 37 played minutes Marchan got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Bolados. Celedonio Mouat made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Baldomiro Recalde in the 40th minute of play. Bayron Larrañaga took the ball and in the 43 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celedonio Mouat. Celedonio Mouat dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. 47 minutes into the game, Eufrasio Gertosio was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Marchan's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Lluga the free kick. Lluga's Echedey Browne got a good chance for a goal in the 48th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Rufino Zuasnabar to make the kick off. After 57 minutes, Abundio Huenul mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Marchan and the Lluga players grew even worse after the yellow card. 57 minutes into the game, one of Marchan:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Echedey Browne shot the penalty kick by force right in the crossbar. No goal. 61 minutes into the match, Marchan's goal looked a bit too open when Raúl Scapini came free, but Celedonio Mouat reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The audience was convinced that Raúl Scapini's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Celedonio Mouat was relentless in the 71st minute of the game. Natanael Bolados fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 75th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Angelo Jeldrez having to interfere. If Raúl Scapini had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Celedonio Mouat didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Lluga's Raúl Scapini shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-0 in the ordered_time% minute. In the 86th minute Raúl Scapini shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Celedonio Mouat saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lluga's Angelo Jeldrez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Natanael Bolados in the 89th minute of play. Raúl Scapini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 94th minute. Celedonio Mouat tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Celedonio Mouat stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rufino Zuasnabar's shot from short distance in the 96th minute. Casimír Undona charged in rather forcefully in the 97th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Casimír Undona the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Lluga booed when Marchan was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 97 match minutes in a wonderful position. Casimír Undona didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 100 minutes Marchan's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Echedey Browne who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Lluga's Echedey Browne to fire away a dangerous shot which Celedonio Mouat despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. For all the effort they put into the match, the Marchan players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Lluga.
