Spectators: 6713 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1713, VIP seats: 0) Alirio Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 6th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Escuti having to interfere. After 7 played minutes Quenavinto FC got a freekick which was hit by Guido Verschueren. Alfredo Escuti took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Milián Zunino, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Milián Zunino in the 11th minute of play forced Quenavinto FC's goalkeeper Alfredo Escuti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Milián Zunino scored 0-1 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Alfredo Escuti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Quintán Garriga made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Zebulón Ogalde sent off a good shot on target. When César Marinkovic came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Quenavinto FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that César Marinkovic couldn't finish the play. Alfredo Escuti showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alirio Veloso in the 26th minute of the match. Alirio Veloso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 27th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Alfredo Escuti having to interfere. After a rather tough play, Quenavinto FC's Ricart Schnaidt got a free kick in the 33rd minute. After 35 played minutes Quenavinto FC got a freekick which was hit by Ricart Schnaidt. Alfredo Escuti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Milián Zunino in the 46th minute of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell César Marinkovic to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute Milián Zunino shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alfredo Escuti saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Milián Zunino received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Alfredo Escuti tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 65th minute of the match Miguel Zammit sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Quintán Garriga skillfully saved the ball. After having played for 66 minutes, César Marinkovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quenavinto FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but César Marinkovic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Marruecos AFC's Milián Zunino got a good chance for a goal in the 68th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Alirio Veloso struck a weak shot in the 71st minute. Alfredo Escuti didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Marruecos AFC. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Milián Zunino in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Alfredo Escuti prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 83 minutes into the match, Quenavinto FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alirio Veloso came free, but Alfredo Escuti reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alfredo Escuti came out of the goal in the 87th minute to try and stop a shot by Marruecos AFC's Milián Zunino. But to his dismay, Milián Zunino quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-3. When the match was over Marruecos AFC could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Quenavinto FC throughout the match.
