Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) Huentemo AFC's Yoel Puyol started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Maxín Fuentes had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 8th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 10th minute of the match, Quintán Peragallo got a very nice opportunity to score, but Ireno Bari was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. After 20 played minutes Matador.SR got a freekick which was hit by Aníbal Anabalon. Matador.SR's Odilón Lavandero suffered a sore foot after 25 minutes and couldn't finish the game. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Edmundo Bello during the 25th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Huentemo AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Edmundo Bello hit a great ball. Ireno Bari showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rafa Echaiz, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Ireno Bari took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Yoel Puyol, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Quintán Peragallo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 40th minute of the match, but Ireno Bari made a huge save. Yoel Puyol recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 41st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Ireno Bari was out of position in the 42 minute of play, and Quintán Peragallo capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Quintán Peragallo really showed his touch with that goal: 1-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 1-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

51 minutes into the game, Quintán Peragallo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Huentemo AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Matador.SR the free kick. After a rather tough play, Huentemo AFC's Quintán Peragallo got a free kick in the 51st minute. In the 52nd minute, Rafa Echaiz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Aníbal Anabalons short, quick shot in the 53rdth minute got Patxi Chiguaicura to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. Matador.SR's Ireno Bari played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Quintán Peragallo in the 61st minute of play. 67 minutes into the match, Maxín Fuentes dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Patxi Chiguaicura, 1-1. Matador.SR's Ismael Nazario Flechart got a good chance for a goal in the 72nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Ireno Bari made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Yoel Puyol in the 74th minute of play. Ireno Bari stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Quintán Peragallo's shot from short distance in the 77th minute. In the 82nd minute, Yoel Puyol left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Huentemo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. 86 minutes into the match, Yoel Puyol notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Matador.SR's Ireno Bari. Ireno Bari was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ireno Bari didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edmundo Bello went, in the 93rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. Matador.SR's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
