Spectators: 6701 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Bruno Gronows got the match started through his kick off. In the 3rd minute Bruno Gronows shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pere Leyton saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Josías Aiach fell near the penalty area in the 7th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Guacate AFC's protests and gave Josías Aiach a yellow card for diving instead. After 7 played minutes Guacate AFC got a freekick which was hit by Josías Aiach. Guacate AFC's Pere Leyton proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 17th minute of the match, managed to save Guacate AFC from getting a goal against them. Malloco's Cristofer Quilodrán played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Felipo Rioseco in the 19th minute of play. Guacate AFC's Disvandis Maiz got a good chance for a goal in the 22nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 24 minutes into the game, Malloco's Ruperto Villamil nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Pere Leyton made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. Cristofer Quilodrán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipo Rioseco in the 27th minute of play. Pere Leyton took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Bruno Gronows, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After having played for 35 minutes, Bruno Gronows managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Malloco's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bruno Gronows was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a rather tough play, Guacate AFC's Francisco Javier Gattini got a free kick in the 36th minute. Ruperto Villamil's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 42ndth minute, Pere Leyton skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. The supporters of Malloco booed when Guacate AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Javier Gattini didn't get a good kick on the ball. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Felipo Rioseco to make the kick off. Bruno Gronows received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Pere Leyton tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Albano Manzanares kicked well hit freekick during the 62nd minute of the match. Bruno Gronows scored 2-0 in the 63rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Pere Leyton, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Felipo Rioseco kicked well hit freekick during the 66th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Felipo Rioseco got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 75 minutes into the match, Malloco's goalkeeper Cristofer Quilodrán had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Disvandis Maiz. If Ruperto Villamil had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 76th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Cristofer Quilodrán made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Felipo Rioseco in the 85th minute of play. Felipo Rioseco received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Cristofer Quilodrán came out and tried to block the shot, but Felipo Rioseco slotted it home off the left post making it 2-1 in the 88th minute. Cristofer Quilodrán made a fantastic save in the 93rd minute, when Disvandis Maiz sent off a good shot on target. Bruno Gronows struck a weak shot in the 96th minute. Pere Leyton didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Malloco.
