Spectators: 6710 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 0) Graneros's Nacho Pardo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. If Nacho Pardo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 2nd minute. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ismael Vallejo helped the player get up and apologised. Ismael Vallejo hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Cutijmaya FC's Andolín Carretero got a free kick in the 12th minute. Fidelio Fanta came out of the goal in the 13th minute to try and stop a shot by Graneros's Nacho Pardo. But to his dismay, Nacho Pardo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. In the 16th minute, Ofelio Olivar got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cutijmaya FC's zone, Nacho Pardo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidelio Fanta came out of the goal and Nacho Pardo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 19 played minutes Cutijmaya FC got a freekick which was hit by Jose Ramon Calquín. Nacho Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Cutijmaya FC's Fidelio Fanta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Cutijmaya FC from getting a goal against them. Domingo Portillo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 42nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Reinaldo Martínez Lamas having to interfere. Fidelio Fanta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adriel Phillips, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Domingo Portillo to make the kick off. In the 56th minute of the match Hipolito Salvatici sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Fidelio Fanta skillfully saved the ball. A collision led to Cutijmaya FC getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ramon María Somarriva hit a great ball. After a defensive mix-up in Cutijmaya FC's zone, Ofelio Olivar stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fidelio Fanta came out of the goal and Ofelio Olivar tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th match minute, Graneros was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ismael Vallejo to maneuver through the defense. 62 minutes into the match, Nacho Pardo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Fidelio Fanta. Cutijmaya FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nacho Pardo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Graneros's Reinaldo Martínez Lamas proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 69th minute of the match, managed to save Graneros from getting a goal against them. If Ofelio Olivar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Cutijmaya FC booed when Graneros was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 82 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Salvatici didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 86th minute, Alirio Latuz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 87 played minutes, Graneros's Ricard Zavala shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fidelio Fanta came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Graneros reached it. Isadoro Casanova hit a great freekick 87 minutes into the match. If Ofelio Olivar had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 90th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Nacho Pardo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 92nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Domingo Portillo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 95th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Rodolfo Anatibia sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
