Spectators: 7247 (Terracing: 5546, Seating: 1701, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Gerardo Disselkoen made the kick off which started today's match. When Nahuel Pellegri came up free with the goalie in the 15th minute, the Castro AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nahuel Pellegri couldn't finish the play. In the 17th minute the ball was on its way in behind Calaunza AFC's goalkeeper Barni Espinace, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 19 minutes into the game, Francisco Soza recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Barni Espinace. Francisco Soza showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-0. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ireno Cortazar in the 23rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Rufino Abumohor saved Castro AFC from getting behind. If Francisco Soza had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 26 minutes into the game, Danilo Renard was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Calaunza AFC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Castro AFC the free kick. In the 29th match minute, Calaunza AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zelipe Gálvez to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Calaunza AFC's zone, Francisco Soza stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Barni Espinace came out of the goal and Francisco Soza tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 33 minutes, Rodolfo Valles managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Castro AFC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Rodolfo Valles was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Mannuel Barcoj came up free with the goalie in the 35th minute, the Castro AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mannuel Barcoj couldn't finish the play. Francisco Soza could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 37th minute of the match, but Barni Espinace made a huge save. Rufino Abumohor showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ireno Cortazar, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. When Danilo Renard came up free with the goalie in the 41st minute, the Calaunza AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Danilo Renard couldn't finish the play. After a rather tough play, Calaunza AFC's Gerardo Disselkoen got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Barni Espinace made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rodolfo Valles in the 46th minute. But to his dismay, Rodolfo Valles quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-1. In the 78th match minute, Castro AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Severiano Brizuela to maneuver through the defense. Castro AFC's Rufino Abumohor played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gerardo Disselkoen in the 81st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Valles in the 85th minute of play forced Calaunza AFC's goalkeeper Barni Espinace to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barni Espinace stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Rodolfo Valles's shot from short distance in the 88th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 89th minute, Benito Bisquert managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castro AFC's supporters rose to their feet, but Benito Bisquert was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Barni Espinace breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rodolfo Valles in the 91st minute of play forced Calaunza AFC's goalkeeper Barni Espinace to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Barni Espinace showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rodolfo Valles, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. Benito Bisquert recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal.
