In the 12th minute of the match Cipriano Poklepovic shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ceandro Guemes showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Bali FC's Xavier Patiño in the 15th minute got a chance for a shot 15th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 29th minute Xavier Patiño shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ceandro Guemes saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lázaro Pareja received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Severino Oña tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 37 minutes into the game, Narcomillo Zubicueta cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-1. Ceandro Guemes was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Xavier Patiño struck a weak shot in the 42nd minute. Ceandro Guemes didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Bali FC. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jon-Ander Arnault stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Xavier Patiño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 53rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Bali FC's Severino Oña played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jon-Ander Arnault in the 56th minute of play. Severino Oña showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jon-Ander Arnault, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Xavier Patiño recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Lázaro Pareja sent away a hard shot on goal in the 69th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Severino Oña made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Lázaro Pareja in the 69th minute of play. 77 minutes into the game, Lázaro Pareja cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 2-1. Severino Oña was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Franco Carnevalli took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 82nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Severino Oña. Bali FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. In the 86th minute, Lázaro Pareja ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Severino Oña was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-1. Ceandro Guemes showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xavier Patiño in the 96th minute of the match. Bali FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
