Alirio Velin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Theobald Valverde kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. After 8 minutes, Fermín Mac Gill mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Andino fc and the Quenay players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of Quenay booed when Andino fc was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Fermín Mac Gill didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alipio Klaafon's late challenge caught a Quenay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Alipio Klaafon helped the player get up and apologised. In the 13th match minute, Andino fc was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alipio Klaafon to maneuver through the defense. Poulus Echeandía made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Octavio Rosende in the 20th minute of play. Modestio Mattensohn kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. When Tamariz Menart came up free with the goalie in the 22nd minute, the Quenay fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tamariz Menart couldn't finish the play. Andino fc's Poulus Echeandía played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Victoro Opazo in the 27th minute of play. Poulus Echeandía showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Estebano Malbrán, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. Poulus Echeandía made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eric Bacigalupi in the 31st minute of play. Victoro Opazo took the ball and in the 35 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Poulus Echeandía. Poulus Echeandía dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. After 38 minutes of play, Quenay's Eric Bacigalupi made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Poulus Echeandía was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 46 minutes of play, Quenay's Eric Bacigalupi made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Poulus Echeandía was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Andoni Rozental stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Poulus Echeandía didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Eric Bacigalupi went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-5 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Estebano Malbrán got free with Poulus Echeandía in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After having played for 63 minutes, Victoro Opazo managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quenay's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victoro Opazo was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Andino fc's zone, Octavio Rosende stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Poulus Echeandía came out of the goal and Octavio Rosende tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 73 played minutes Quenay got a freekick which was hit by Tamariz Menart. Poulus Echeandía didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Estebano Malbrán went, in the 76th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-7 was the resulting score. Alirio Velin received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Raimundo Lukey tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alirio Velin in the 85th minute of play forced Quenay's goalkeeper Raimundo Lukey to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Andoni Rozental in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Raimundo Lukey prevented the ball from getting in the gole. 95 minutes into the match, Victoro Opazo dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Poulus Echeandía, 0-8. Quenay's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
