A collision led to Puchultisa FC getting a freekick after 22 minutes play. Leovigildo Espina hit a great ball. Tinguaro Piedra received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 23rd minute. Lautaro Mora tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Lorenzo Armaza received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Pietro Henríquez came out and tried to block the shot, but Lorenzo Armaza slotted it home off the left post making it 1-0 in the 27th minute. After having played for 30 minutes, Victorio Antipa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Puchultisa FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Victorio Antipa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tinguaro Piedra fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Mora having to interfere. Rosalio Domínguez's late challenge caught a Quinchao FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Rosalio Domínguez helped the player get up and apologised. 35 minutes into the match, Puchultisa FC's goal looked a bit too open when Disvandis Lermanda came free, but Lautaro Mora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Edgardo Babarovic managed to get in a good position for a shot. Quinchao FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Edgardo Babarovic was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Lautaro Mora breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 1-0 at half-time.

Quinchao FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Victorio Antipa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Disvandis Lermanda was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 78th minute. Quinchao FC's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. When Tinguaro Piedra came up free with the goalie in the 87th minute, the Quinchao FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tinguaro Piedra couldn't finish the play. After having played for 95 minutes, Edgardo Babarovic managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quinchao FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Edgardo Babarovic was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Puchultisa FC had won after a very even match.
