Spectators: 6716 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1716, VIP seats: 0) Puntilla AFC's Miguel Ángel Lara started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Puntilla AFC's Miguel Ángel Lara got a good chance for a goal in the 4th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Próspero Sadin took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Fabio Chumo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Puntilla AFC's Miguel Ángel Lara in the 10th minute got a chance for a shot 10th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Frutillar FC's goalie prevented a goal. If Miguel Ángel Lara had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 11th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Ángel Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 18th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 20th minute, Miguel Ángel Lara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Próspero Sadin came out of the goal in the 21st minute to try and stop a shot by Puntilla AFC's Miguel Ángel Lara. But to his dismay, Miguel Ángel Lara quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. A collision led to Frutillar FC getting a freekick after 25 minutes play. Ireno Hermida hit a great ball. If Iván Luis Matamala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 26th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miguel Ángel Lara took the ball and in the 29 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Próspero Sadin. Próspero Sadin dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Fabio Chumo recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 33rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Fabio Chumo in the 35th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Próspero Sadin prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Daniel Tavares made a fantastic save in the 36th minute, when Balendín Chavez sent off a good shot on target. Puntilla AFC's Daniel Tavares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abelado Carvallo in the 38th minute of play. In the 44th minute, Balendín Chavez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 47 minutes into the game, Miguel Ángel Lara cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Próspero Sadin was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After the first half Puntilla AFC were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tanio Riesco to make the kick off. Frutillar FC's Próspero Sadin played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Miguel Ángel Lara in the 55th minute of play. After 59 played minutes Frutillar FC got a freekick which was hit by Balendín Chavez. Próspero Sadin showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Fabio Chumo in the 62nd minute of the match. Miguel Ángel Lara fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 64th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Próspero Sadin having to interfere. Próspero Sadin made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fabio Chumo in the 65th minute of play. 71 minutes into the match, Puntilla AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Tanio Riesco came free, but Daniel Tavares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Abelado Carvallo hit a great freekick 71 minutes into the match. In the 72nd match minute, Puntilla AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Javier Trejo to maneuver through the defense. 75 minutes into the match, Frutillar FC's goalkeeper Próspero Sadin had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Miguel Ángel Lara. Próspero Sadin was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Fabio Chumo showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 76 minute of play. Miguel Ángel Lara sent away a hard shot on goal in the 79th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The crowd rose to their feet as Iván Luis Matamala kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Próspero Sadin. That made the score 0-5 in the 81 minute of play. 85 minutes into the game, Miguel Ángel Lara recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Próspero Sadin. Miguel Ángel Lara showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. In the 88th match minute, Frutillar FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tanio Riesco to maneuver through the defense. Próspero Sadin showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fabio Chumo, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Frutillar FC's zone, Miguel Ángel Lara stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Próspero Sadin came out of the goal and Miguel Ángel Lara tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When the final whistle sounded Puntilla AFC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Frutillar FC.
