With a left leg Omar Deves saved Quitripulli FC from getting behind. After a rather tough play, Panguipulli FC's Jacobo Nicolau got a free kick in the 5th minute. Quitripulli FC's Nereo Dabrowsky got a good chance for a goal in the 6th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Pío Infantas didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 7th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. When Quitripulli FC's Nereo Dabrowsky in 13 game minutes managed to cut through with the ball in front of the goal, only having to shoot. Pío Infantas guarding the goal like a pit bull was extremely focused and managed to reach the ball just by the crossbar before it went in. When the match had gone on for 15 minutes, Nereo Dabrowsky took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Pío Infantas to make any attempt to save it. 22 minutes into the match, Quitripulli FC's goal looked a bit too open when Maximino Rossel came free, but Omar Deves reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Maximino Rossel sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cornelio Apablaza hit a great freekick 41 minutes into the match. Bairon Lisboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 48th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pío Infantas having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-1.

The wind increased when Maximino Rossel made the kick off in the second half. Nereo Dabrowsky fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Pío Infantas having to interfere. Pío Infantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bairon Lisboa, who was totally free with the ball in the 54th minute. If Horacio Jesus Falconi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Quitripulli FC's zone, Maximino Rossel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Deves came out of the goal and Maximino Rossel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Quitripulli FC's Bairon Lisboa in the 61st minute got a chance for a shot 61st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Panguipulli FC's goalie prevented a goal. Marco Villaseca's late challenge caught a Panguipulli FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Marco Villaseca helped the player get up and apologised. Pío Infantas came out of the goal in the 74th minute to try and stop a shot by Quitripulli FC's Bairon Lisboa. But to his dismay, Bairon Lisboa quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Juan Fernando Velin in the 80th minute of play forced Panguipulli FC's goalkeeper Pío Infantas to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Pío Infantas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Nereo Dabrowsky's shot from short distance in the 81st minute. Nereo Dabrowsky blasted a shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Pío Infantas having to make a save. The supporters of Panguipulli FC booed when Quitripulli FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mónico Aracena didn't get a good kick on the ball. Pío Infantas showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nereo Dabrowsky, who was totally free with the ball in the 88th minute. After having played for 90 minutes, Bairon Lisboa managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Quitripulli FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Bairon Lisboa was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Quitripulli FC's zone, Horacio Jesus Falconi stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Omar Deves came out of the goal and Horacio Jesus Falconi tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Horacio Jesus Falconi got free with Omar Deves in the 97th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Quitripulli FC were really happy, having secured the victory after a very even contest. They thanked the players of Panguipulli FC for a fine match.
