Eber Swinburn started the match with the kick off. 13 minutes into the match, Quilquilco FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alex Ayala came free, but Nicolas Sol reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Through an outstanding action, after 16 minutes, Marín Arriola successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Eber Swinburn recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Val Eyzaguirre charged in rather forcefully in the 19th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Val Eyzaguirre the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. A collision led to Guerreros F.C getting a freekick after 20 minutes play. Val Eyzaguirre hit a great ball. Quilquilco FC's Madeo Gormaz shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 21st minute of play. The shot was stopped by Marín Arriola but with some difficulty. Nicolas Sol took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alex Ayala, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The supporters of Guerreros F.C booed when Quilquilco FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Madeo Gormaz didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Alex Ayala had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. If Inocente Soffia had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 43rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

Val Eyzaguirre was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 48th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. Quilquilco FC's Nicolas Sol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 52nd minute of the match, managed to save Quilquilco FC from getting a goal against them. Quilquilco FC's Nicolas Sol played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alex Ayala in the 53rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Quilquilco FC's Eber Swinburn got a free kick in the 53rd minute. Inocente Soffia could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 57th minute of the match, but Nicolas Sol made a huge save. Quilquilco FC's Nicolas Sol proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to save Quilquilco FC from getting a goal against them. 66 minutes into the match, Inocente Soffia had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Nicolas Sol. Quilquilco FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Inocente Soffia was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 71st minute, Alex Ayala fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Nicolas Sol, passed just outside the right post. Guerreros F.C's Marín Arriola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Darío León in the 79th minute of play. Celedonio Ugas's late challenge caught a Quilquilco FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Celedonio Ugas helped the player get up and apologised. Celedonio Ugas kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. Darío León received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 84th minute. Marín Arriola tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After having played for 86 minutes, Alex Ayala managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Guerreros F.C's supporters crossed their fingers, but Alex Ayala was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 89th minute, Guerreros F.C's Alex Ayala ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Nicolas Sol. Nicolas Sol yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 0-4. In the 96th minute Darío León shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marín Arriola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line.
