Spectators: 6697 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1697, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Xabel Manteola started the match with the kick off. Filomeno Mery received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. José Carlos Wickel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 7 minutes into the match, Marquesa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Xabel Manteola came free, but Vladimiro Arredondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 9 minutes into the match, Cisterna's Xabel Manteola sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Vladimiro Arredondo narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Filomeno Mery received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 16th minute. José Carlos Wickel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. A collision led to Cisterna getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Baudelio Magdahl hit a great ball. Vladimiro Arredondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Xabel Manteola in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute Xabel Manteola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vladimiro Arredondo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Xabel Manteola might have been able to make a better finish in the 24th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Vladimiro Arredondo. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Xabel Manteola ran back to his position shaking his head. A collision led to Marquesa AFC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Casimiro Castillo hit a great ball. Leonel Frago was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 26th played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. After a defensive mix-up in Marquesa AFC's zone, Xabel Manteola stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vladimiro Arredondo came out of the goal and Xabel Manteola tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vladimiro Arredondo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Miquel Laferte's shot from short distance in the 30th minute. A hard shot 35 in the game by Filomeno Mery from a close distance when the talented José Carlos Wickel managed to make a qualified save. Cisterna's players were relieved. If Miquel Laferte had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 39th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Miquel Laferte struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Vladimiro Arredondo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Cisterna. Vladimiro Arredondo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Xabel Manteola in the 42nd minute of the match. Hugo Moscoso received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 45th minute. José Carlos Wickel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Hugo Moscoso made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Marquesa AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Xabel Manteola came free, but Vladimiro Arredondo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 57th minute, Abdón Hasche hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Xabel Manteola in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vladimiro Arredondo saved Marquesa AFC from getting behind. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Abdón Hasche during the 63rd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. With a little luck, Marquesa AFC's Vladimiro Arredondo got control of the ball when Miquel Laferte tried to sneak it across the goal line. When Filomeno Mery came up free with the goalie in the 68th minute, the Marquesa AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filomeno Mery couldn't finish the play. Hugo Moscoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 77th minute, Severino Pomar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 80 minutes Cisterna's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ulises Illesca who took care of the corner kick. Vladimiro Arredondo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Xabel Manteola, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 92nd minute, Filomeno Mery got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Xabel Manteola recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 95th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 97th minute, Miquel Laferte got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
