The audience was convinced that Anacleto Perez's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Humberto Anaya was relentless in the 6th minute of the game. 17 minutes into the match, Amadeo Fresno had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Humberto Anaya. Humberto Anaya made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Anacleto Perez in the 28th minute of play. Quintén Ballesteros ran back to his position shaking his head. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ever Passalacqua made a kick off. Héctor David Barreau charged in rather forcefully in the 54th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The supporters of Janikoquai FC booed when Millantu was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Héctor David Barreau didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ever Passalacqua's late challenge caught a Janikoquai FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ever Passalacqua helped the player get up and apologised. Humberto Anaya stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Amadeo Fresno's shot from short distance in the 80th minute. Amadeo Fresno sent away a hard shot on goal in the 81st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 84 minutes, Amadeo Fresno made it 4-1 with a short kick to the right side. Millantu's Humberto Anaya tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. Gualberto Lucero made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ever Passalacqua in the 88th minute of play. Ever Passalacqua fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Gualberto Lucero having to interfere. 96 minutes into the match, Millantu's goal looked a bit too open when Amadeo Fresno came free, but Humberto Anaya reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Janikoquai FC's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
