A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Francisco Ignacio Soza during the 17th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Eufrasio Delgado took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elazar Roques, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Pellin FC's Jose Miguel Bertrand got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 25thth minute of the game Elazar Roques who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Pellin FC's Eufrasio Delgado was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 27th minute Bayron Bay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eufrasio Delgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a rather tough play, Quisama FC's Bayron Bay got a free kick in the 29th minute. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Bayron Bay in the 31st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eufrasio Delgado prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Elazar Roques fell near the penalty area in the 32nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Quisama FC's protests and gave Elazar Roques a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Pellin FC booed when Quisama FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elazar Roques didn't get a good kick on the ball. After having played for 37 minutes, Filipo Diestre managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Pellin FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Filipo Diestre was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elazar Roques in the 45th minute of play forced Pellin FC's goalkeeper Eufrasio Delgado to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

In the 50th minute, Maurino Henríquez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When Filipo Diestre came up free with the goalie in the 55th minute, the Pellin FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Filipo Diestre couldn't finish the play. 57 minutes into the match, Filipo Diestre had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Salvatore Aranda. Quisama FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Filipo Diestre was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. In the 61st minute Bayron Bay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Eufrasio Delgado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Salvatore Aranda took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from José Francisco Ahues, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. José Francisco Ahues struck a weak shot in the 68th minute. Salvatore Aranda didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Pellin FC. If José Francisco Ahues had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Bayron Bay's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Eufrasio Delgado read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 71st minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Francisco Ahues in the 75th minute of play forced Quisama FC's goalkeeper Salvatore Aranda to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 79th minute, Francisco Ignacio Soza hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a defensive mix-up in Quisama FC's zone, José Francisco Ahues stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Salvatore Aranda came out of the goal and José Francisco Ahues tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Filipo Diestre received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Salvatore Aranda tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Elazar Roques had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Pellin FC's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
