Spectators: 5000 (Terracing: 4000, Seating: 1000, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Franco Carreto made the kick off which started today's match. Sandro Leay might have been able to make a better finish in the 4th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Saturnín Tobar. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Sandro Leay ran back to his position shaking his head. After a defensive mix-up in Coironal FC's zone, Paco Gilberto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Saturnín Tobar came out of the goal and Paco Gilberto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 10 minutes Coironal FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Juan María Albornoz who took care of the corner kick. After a rather tough play, Coironal FC's Aurelius Sáez got a free kick in the 14th minute. In the 22nd minute, Dino Gamarra hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Coironal FC's Franco Carreto got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 25th minute Franco Carreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but David Puyo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 31 minutes into the match, Paco Gilberto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Saturnín Tobar. Coironal FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Paco Gilberto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. Saturnín Tobar showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paco Gilberto in the 36th minute of the match. In the 39th minute, Oscar Mac Iver hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 40th minute, Juan María Albornoz sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Coironal FC's Saturnín Tobar didn't even have to move. With splendid footwork Franco Carreto arrived in front of goal to shoot 1-1 by the left pole in the game's 49th minute.

The wind increased when Paco Gilberto made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nicasio Evar in the 58th minute of play forced Paillahue's goalkeeper David Puyo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Sandro Leay took the ball and in the 60 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Saturnín Tobar. Saturnín Tobar dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Sandro Leay recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 63rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Saturnín Tobar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Paco Gilberto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Coironal FC's Aurelius Sáez got a free kick in the 65th minute. In the 66th match minute, Coironal FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franco Carreto to maneuver through the defense. Sandro Leay sent away a hard shot on goal in the 77th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Paillahue's Sandro Leay got a good chance for a goal in the 81st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. 90 minutes into the match, Coironal FC's goalkeeper Saturnín Tobar had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Sandro Leay. Juan María Albornoz took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 93rd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Saturnín Tobar. Coironal FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Franco Carreto fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 99th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without David Puyo having to interfere.
