Teodoro Villanueva did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised León Urizar 5 minutes into the match. After having played for 10 minutes, Florencio Ferreiro managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Livilcar's supporters crossed their fingers, but Florencio Ferreiro was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Rómulo From hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. The audience held their breath when Jonatan Slight in the 14th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Topocho Smitmans's left hand side. Salomone Maldonado hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. Topocho Smitmans showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Domenico Guajardo, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. Florencio Ferreiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without León Urizar having to interfere. Loreto Vuskovic received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Topocho Smitmans tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Conchali were awarded a corner in the 37th minute after Livilcar's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Alesandro Jáuregui took the corner. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Domenico Guajardo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Conchali's supporters rose to their feet, but Domenico Guajardo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Topocho Smitmans breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Conchali's León Urizar proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to save Conchali from getting a goal against them. Domenico Guajardo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Topocho Smitmans read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 46th minute of play. When Florencio Ferreiro came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the Livilcar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Florencio Ferreiro couldn't finish the play. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Loreto Vuskovic to make the kick off. Livilcar's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Loreto Vuskovic 52 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-1. When Teodoro Villanueva came up free with the goalie in the 59th minute, the Livilcar fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Teodoro Villanueva couldn't finish the play. León Urizar showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Florencio Ferreiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 60th minute. Livilcar's Teodoro Villanueva got a good chance for a goal in the 62nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 63rd minute, Domenico Guajardo ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Topocho Smitmans was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. In the 66th match minute, Conchali was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salomone Maldonado to maneuver through the defense. Florencio Ferreiro received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 68th minute. León Urizar tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Florencio Ferreiro scored 2-2 in the 70th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of León Urizar, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. León Urizar didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Florencio Ferreiro went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 3-2 was the resulting score. Florencio Ferreiro's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but León Urizar read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. After 95 played minutes Livilcar got a freekick which was hit by Eusebio Barria. For all the effort they put into the match, the Conchali players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Livilcar.
