Spectators: 7312 (Terracing: 5558, Seating: 1704, VIP seats: 50) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ondino Maino started the match with the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Constancio León in the 5th minute of play forced panguipulli F.M's goalkeeper Toni Barasarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Azul's Jose Nikola played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Abdul Jungejohan in the 6th minute of play. 7 minutes into the game, Alvino Moreno was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Club Azul's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave panguipulli F.M the free kick. After 7 played minutes Club Azul got a freekick which was hit by Alvino Moreno. 11 minutes into the game, Ondino Maino cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Toni Barasarte was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. When Abdul Jungejohan fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored panguipulli F.M's protests and gave Abdul Jungejohan a yellow card for diving instead. In the 19th minute, Abdul Jungejohan hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 22 minutes, Hermengildo Leoiar mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Club Azul and the panguipulli F.M players grew even worse after the yellow card. Hermengildo Leoiar kicked well hit freekick during the 22nd minute of the match. Toni Barasarte showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Constancio León in the 24th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ondino Maino in the 25th minute of play forced panguipulli F.M's goalkeeper Toni Barasarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Club Azul's supporters rose to their feet, but Constancio León was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Toni Barasarte breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ondino Maino in the 35th minute of play forced panguipulli F.M's goalkeeper Toni Barasarte to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match had gone on for 36 minutes, Ondino Maino put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Toni Barasarte. In the 44th minute Constancio León shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Toni Barasarte saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Flavinho Guedes took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 46th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Toni Barasarte. panguipulli F.M's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Abdul Jungejohan to make the kick off. Jose Nikola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdul Jungejohan, who was totally free with the ball in the 51st minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 57th minute, Mónico Cea managed to get in a good position for a shot. panguipulli F.M's supporters rose to their feet, but Mónico Cea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Jose Nikola breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Jose Nikola showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Abdul Jungejohan, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. Ondino Maino recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 83rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 89thth minute of the game Ondino Maino who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but panguipulli F.M's Toni Barasarte was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 92nd minute, Abdul Jungejohan left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The panguipulli F.M fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-3. Club Azul's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
