Hugo Barrasa's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jacinto Zapata read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Hugo Barrasa during the 31st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Hugo Barrasa kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. When Jaume Gramusset fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Menetue AFC's protests and gave Jaume Gramusset a yellow card for diving instead. In a very dangerous position, a player in Menetue AFC fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 32nd minute. Penalty! Wilson Pruniel struck a weak shot in the 41st minute. Nicodemo Villarreal didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for PINGUINO SOCCER. The supporters of PINGUINO SOCCER booed when Menetue AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. Urtsín Scheid didn't get a good kick on the ball. After the first half PINGUINO SOCCER were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Hugo Barrasa to strike the kick off in the second half. Jacinto Zapata made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hugo Barrasa in the 53rd minute of play. Xavier Angel Potts hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. Hugo Barrasa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 66th minute. Jacinto Zapata tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Timeteo Rinaga had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Menetue AFC's zone, Javiero Ávila stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Nicodemo Villarreal came out of the goal and Javiero Ávila tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Xavier Angel Potts hit a great freekick 72 minutes into the match. After a defensive mix-up in PINGUINO SOCCER's zone, Urtsín Scheid stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacinto Zapata came out of the goal and Urtsín Scheid tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Wilson Pruniel managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. PINGUINO SOCCER's supporters crossed their fingers, but Wilson Pruniel was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. When Wilson Pruniel came up free with the goalie in the 81st minute, the PINGUINO SOCCER fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Pruniel couldn't finish the play. Timeteo Rinaga's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Nicodemo Villarreal read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 86th minute of play. In the 97th match minute, Menetue AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Xavier Angel Potts to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded PINGUINO SOCCER left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Menetue AFC.
