In the 12th match minute, Palce was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Guillermo Mogollon to maneuver through the defense. 13 minutes into the match, Txomin Epulef notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of Palce's Carlos Manuel Ferraro. Carlos Manuel Ferraro was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 17th minute, José Julio Carneiro got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Mark Montalva struck a weak shot in the 19th minute. Jose Ramon Mac Kenna didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palce. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling José Julio Carneiro in the 20th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jose Ramon Mac Kenna prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Juan Pablo Basualdo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 22nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. When Mark Montalva came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Palce fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mark Montalva couldn't finish the play. Magdaleno Ansola hit a great freekick 28 minutes into the match. When the match clock showed 30 minutes, the score became 0-2 when Txomin Epulef sped through Palce's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Carlos Manuel Ferraro. Muco AFC's Jose Ramon Mac Kenna played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by José Julio Carneiro in the 33rd minute of play. Jose Ramon Mac Kenna made an important save on a dangerous shot by Mark Montalva in the 37th minute. Mark Montalva received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 39th minute. Jose Ramon Mac Kenna tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by José Julio Carneiro in the 42nd minute of play forced Muco AFC's goalkeeper Jose Ramon Mac Kenna to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Carlos Manuel Ferraro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Juan Pablo Basualdo, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. In the 48th minute, Mark Montalva ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jose Ramon Mac Kenna was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-2. After the first half Muco AFC were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when José Julio Carneiro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jose Ramon Mac Kenna didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from José Julio Carneiro went, in the 54th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-2 was the resulting score. After 57 played minutes Palce got a freekick which was hit by José Julio Carneiro. In the 60th minute, José Julio Carneiro made a precise shot to the right of Jose Ramon Mac Kenna. Muco AFC's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Guillermo Mogollon kicked well hit freekick during the 63rd minute of the match. Mark Montalva blasted a shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jose Ramon Mac Kenna having to make a save. Leonel Portillo kicked well hit freekick during the 71st minute of the match. 75 minutes into the match, Muco AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Mark Montalva came free, but Jose Ramon Mac Kenna reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 76th minute, Guillermo Mogollon hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 83 minutes into the match, Palce's goalkeeper Carlos Manuel Ferraro had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Juan Pablo Basualdo. A collision led to Palce getting a freekick after 84 minutes play. Magdaleno Ansola hit a great ball. 85 minutes in the game, Txomin Epulef dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. Jose Ramon Mac Kenna stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of José Julio Carneiro's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. In the 96th minute José Julio Carneiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jose Ramon Mac Kenna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Palce had played much better football throughout.
