Spectators: 6686 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1686, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Elias Alico started the match with the kick off. Elias Alico received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 3rd minute. Abraham Eleysegui tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Sandro Ceballos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 7 minutes into the game, José Antonio Abeliuk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Chillaiza's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chucuyo FC the free kick. José Antonio Abeliuk hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. If Constantino Gundelach had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 21 played minutes Elias Alico rounded Chucuyo FC's defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-0. Sandro Ceballos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 24th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Abraham Eleysegui having to interfere. Sandro Ceballos blasted a shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Abraham Eleysegui having to make a save. Chillaiza's Elias Alico got a good chance for a goal in the 36th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Elias Alico had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantino Gundelach's late challenge caught a Chillaiza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Constantino Gundelach helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Chucuyo FC's Constantino Gundelach got a free kick in the 43rd minute. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Filipo Searle made a kick off. Benjamín Erwens struck a weak shot in the 58th minute. Abraham Eleysegui didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Chillaiza. Marcel Christie hit a great freekick 61 minutes into the match. Benjamín Erwens, 62 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Sandro Ceballos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 64th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Chucuyo FC's Abraham Eleysegui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elias Alico in the 66th minute of play. After 68 played minutes Chucuyo FC got a freekick which was hit by Ángel Serón. If Sandro Ceballos had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Constantino Gundelach hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. In the 76th minute, Benjamín Erwens sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Chucuyo FC's Abraham Eleysegui didn't even have to move. Chillaiza's attack was well implemented in the 79th minute, but when Elias Alico was about to shoot he didn't get a good hit on the ball and it hit the crossbar and flew over. Goal Kick. Filipo Searle received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 81st minute. Josué Burgoa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After a defensive mix-up in Chucuyo FC's zone, Sandro Ceballos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Abraham Eleysegui came out of the goal and Sandro Ceballos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Chucuyo FC's Abraham Eleysegui played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sandro Ceballos in the 87th minute of play. Abraham Eleysegui stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Elias Alico's shot from short distance in the 90th minute. The referee gave Chillaiza a penalty, 95 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Benjamín Erwens, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Chucuyo FC's Abraham Eleysegui. 3-0. Chillaiza's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
