Silviano Alzamora fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bairon Mofre having to interfere. 12 minutes into the match, Silviano Alzamora dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Bairon Mofre, 1-0. In the 18th minute, Omar Dessauer ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Fermín Canepa was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-1. Fermín Canepa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Omar Dessauer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Fermín Canepa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington Esparza in the 22nd minute of play. After a rather tough play, Tolar AFC's Enric Ancavil got a free kick in the 28th minute. Bairon Mofre made a fantastic save in the 31st minute, when Silviano Alzamora sent off a good shot on target. Fermín Canepa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Felipe Fiedler, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. After a defensive mix-up in Hornillas FC's zone, Silviano Alzamora stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Hornillas FC's Bairon Mofre proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Hornillas FC from getting a goal against them. An unexpected shot in the 44th minute by Silviano Alzamora got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. The first half was very even, with the score at 1-1 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Silviano Alzamora to strike the kick off in the second half. Enric Ancavil hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. In the 64th minute, Silviano Alzamora left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tolar AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Fermín Canepa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Omar Dessauer in the 67th minute of the match. In the 70th minute Omar Dessauer shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Fermín Canepa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 70 played minutes Tolar AFC got a freekick which was hit by Enric Ancavil. Anastasio Abeliuk sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Silviano Alzamora succeeded in the game's 79th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 3-1. 83 minutes into the match, Hornillas FC's goal looked a bit too open when Francisco Martín Ceballos came free, but Bairon Mofre reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Hornillas FC defense, Francisco Martín Ceballos kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bairon Mofre. The Hornillas FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bairon Mofre should have stopped the shot. In the 87th minute, Evelio Castelblanco hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the match clock showed 93 minutes, the score became 5-1 when Silviano Alzamora sped through Hornillas FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Bairon Mofre. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Tolar AFC had won after a very even match.
