Spectators: 7293 (Terracing: 5579, Seating: 1710, VIP seats: 4) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adalberto Bernales started the match with the kick off. Bautista Nolibuat hit a great freekick 2 minutes into the match. After 3 played minutes Los washiturros got a freekick which was hit by Telmo Izammit. Cumpeu FC's Quintín Parot managed to work through Los washiturros's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Quintín Parot dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. A collision led to Cumpeu FC getting a freekick after 9 minutes play. Francisco Martín Meneses hit a great ball. Adalberto Bernales fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 10th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicent Montiel having to interfere. If Telmo Izammit had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 12th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Telmo Izammit blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Vicent Montiel having to make a save. Adalberto Bernales's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vicent Montiel read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 21st minute of play. When Carlo Alfonso came up free with the goalie in the 26th minute, the Los washiturros fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Carlo Alfonso couldn't finish the play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Adalberto Bernales in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Vicent Montiel saved Cumpeu FC from getting behind. Telmo Izammit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 30th minute of the match, but Vicent Montiel made a huge save. After a defensive mix-up in Cumpeu FC's zone, Telmo Izammit stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicent Montiel came out of the goal and Telmo Izammit tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Vicent Montiel made an important save on a dangerous shot by Telmo Izammit in the 36th minute. When Los washiturros's Adalberto Bernales in the 38th minute got a chance for a shot 38th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cumpeu FC's goalie prevented a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Cumpeu FC's zone, Adalberto Bernales stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicent Montiel came out of the goal and Adalberto Bernales tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

Vicent Montiel came out of the goal in the 55th minute to try and stop a shot by Los washiturros's Telmo Izammit. But to his dismay, Telmo Izammit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. If Adalberto Bernales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Vicent Montiel showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Telmo Izammit in the 63rd minute of the match. Vicent Montiel took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Adalberto Bernales, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 68th minute Adalberto Bernales shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicent Montiel saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Edilberto Orihuela in the 74thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Tanel Enkvist, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Vicent Montiel stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Telmo Izammit's shot from short distance in the 79th minute. If Adalberto Bernales had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Los washiturros's Telmo Izammit in the 88th minute got a chance for a shot 88th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Cumpeu FC's goalie prevented a goal. Raimundo Rueda struck a weak shot in the 93rd minute. Vicent Montiel didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Los washiturros. Vicent Montiel showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Adalberto Bernales, who was totally free with the ball in the 96th minute. When the referee ended the match the Los washiturros players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
