In the 20th match minute, Cutemu FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Salvador Arteaga to maneuver through the defense. Chiza's Paco Parrasia got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Damián Pabst made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Honorato Venturino in the 25th minute of play. Salvador Arteaga's late challenge caught a Chiza's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Salvador Arteaga helped the player get up and apologised. Damián Pabst didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Valerio Villagrán went, in the 40th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Damián Pabst made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Valerio Villagrán sent off a good shot on target.

In the 52nd minute of the match Juan Manuel Barra shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Damián Pabst showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Honorato Venturino had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 60th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Paco Parrasias short, quick shot in the 66thth minute got Miguel Hernánde Alzola to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 77th minute of the game. One of Cutemu FC:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Chiza:s goal. When the match had been going on for 80 minutes, Chiza's Eduardo Raposo got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Miguel Hernánde Alzola. In the 84th minute Roger Bianchi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Miguel Hernánde Alzola saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Damián Pabst showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valerio Villagrán in the 85th minute of the match. Rafael Narea hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Chiza were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
