Spectators: 6705 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1705, VIP seats: 0) Tiquima AFC's Santiago Basay started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. AC MILANO's Ubaldo Pinochet got a good chance for a goal in the 15th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Rexino Poza made a fantastic save in the 17th minute, when Visen Goñi sent off a good shot on target. After some fancy dribbling in the 23rd minute, Ubaldo Pinochet managed to get in a good position for a shot. AC MILANO's supporters rose to their feet, but Ubaldo Pinochet was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Florentino Tiñoli breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After having played for 25 minutes, Ubaldo Pinochet managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. AC MILANO's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ubaldo Pinochet was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The corner led Tiquima AFC's Damián Martínez de Aldunate to fire away a dangerous shot which Rexino Poza despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. AC MILANO's Ubaldo Pinochet got a good chance for a goal in the 44th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After the first half AC MILANO were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Ubaldo Pinochet made the kick off in the second half. Florentino Tiñoli was a little too slow when Ubaldo Pinochet got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 53rd minute. The score was now 0-2. Rexino Poza was left in no man's land by his defense there! 80 minutes into the match, AC MILANO's goal looked a bit too open when Visen Goñi came free, but Rexino Poza reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Florentino Tiñoli made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-3. When the final whistle sounded AC MILANO left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Tiquima AFC.
