Spectators: 6719 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1719, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Christiano Dutard lost his temper 9 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 8th minute of the game. One of Athletic Club Larrondo:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Ancud AFC:s goal. When the match had been going on for 10 minutes, Ancud AFC's José Javier Marx got an opportunity to shoot a penalty. He stayed cool and waited for the goalkeeper to move, before he confidently shot the ball into the goal, to the left of Vincente Carvacho. Romelio Medina took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Sergi Pereira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vincente Carvacho didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 15th minute, which inside left pole to 2-0. In the 19th minute Wilson Ampuero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vincente Carvacho saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincente Carvacho was a little too slow when Yeray Dorr got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 23rd minute. The score was now 3-0. With his leg Vincente Carvacho managed to avoid a goal in the 30thth minute, when Ancud AFC's Sansón Rufo fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. Vincente Carvacho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Wilson Ampuero, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, Athletic Club Larrondo's goal looked a bit too open when Ángel Almonacid came free, but Vincente Carvacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Romelio Medina showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emilio Moroni, who was totally free with the ball in the 35th minute. A collision led to Athletic Club Larrondo getting a freekick after 37 minutes play. Daniel Valdovinos hit a great ball. If Emilio Moroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 46th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.

The wind increased when Emilio Moroni made the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute Athletic Club Larrondo were awarded a corner. Teofilio Panzer went to the cornerflag to take it. Vincente Carvacho made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ángel Almonacid in the 58th minute of play. In the 59th minute Emilio Moroni shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Romelio Medina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vincente Carvacho showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sansón Rufo in the 63rd minute of the match. Daniel Valdovinos hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. 68 minutes into the match, Athletic Club Larrondo's goal looked a bit too open when Sansón Rufo came free, but Vincente Carvacho reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 69th minute, Daniel Valdovinos hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70th minute of the match José Javier Marx shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Vincente Carvacho showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. When Sergi Pereira came up free with the goalie in the 73rd minute, the Athletic Club Larrondo fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Sergi Pereira couldn't finish the play. Daniel Valdovinos received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 82nd minute. Romelio Medina tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Emilio Moroni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 84th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 94th minute, Ángel Almonacid left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ancud AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0.
