Spectators: 6730 (Terracing: 5000, Seating: 1730, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Rogelio Alegría took the kick off in the first half of the match. Aureliano Thomas had several of the Limacsina FC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 4 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 1-0 score and a disappointed Horacio Jesus Diaz Montero as he didn't even see the shot coming. Teobaldo Arduengo might have been able to make a better finish in the 8th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Horacio Jesus Diaz Montero. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Teobaldo Arduengo ran back to his position shaking his head. Salomón Martel kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. Francisco Ignacio Aguirrebeña, 12 minutes into the match, dribbled the ball up the side of the field and decided to take a long shot at the goal. Unfortunately, the ball was poorly hit and landed closer to the corner than to the goal. Teobaldo Arduengo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 15th minute. Horacio Jesus Diaz Montero tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Joel Nilo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramon María Flechart, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Misitune's Adolfo Labbé got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. If Rogelio Alegría had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ramon María Flechart in the 27th minute of play forced Misitune's goalkeeper Joel Nilo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Misitune's Joel Nilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rogelio Alegría in the 30th minute of play. Limacsina FC's Horacio Jesus Diaz Montero proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 32nd minute of the match, managed to save Limacsina FC from getting a goal against them. After some fancy dribbling in the 34th minute, Teobaldo Arduengo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Misitune's supporters rose to their feet, but Teobaldo Arduengo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horacio Jesus Diaz Montero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Teobaldo Arduengo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Joel Nilo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramon María Flechart, who was totally free with the ball in the 40th minute. Rogelio Alegría fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 47th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Joel Nilo having to interfere. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Aureliano Thomas to strike the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Aureliano Thomas shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Horacio Jesus Diaz Montero saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alexandro Rozas hit a great freekick 53 minutes into the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 54th minute, Francisco Ignacio Aguirrebeña managed to get in a good position for a shot. Misitune's supporters rose to their feet, but Francisco Ignacio Aguirrebeña was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Horacio Jesus Diaz Montero breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aureliano Thomas received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 56th minute. In the 73rd minute, Sergio Espina hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Francisco Ignacio Aguirrebeña took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Horacio Jesus Diaz Montero. Limacsina FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Aureliano Thomas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 83rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Horacio Jesus Diaz Montero having to make a save. When Aureliano Thomas came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Misitune fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Aureliano Thomas couldn't finish the play. Ramon María Flechart's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Joel Nilo read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 87th minute of play. If Aureliano Thomas had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Misitune's Joel Nilo got control of the ball when Ramon María Flechart tried to sneak it across the goal line. Joel Nilo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Rogelio Alegría in the 97th minute of the match. When the referee ended the match the Misitune players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
